The gymnasts from Medina Gymnastics Academy competed in the 2022 State Meet this month.

Competing on the Xcel Gold Team were: Tyana Kelly was the vault state champion with a score of 9.45; Caitlyn Oehlers placed third on bars; Brianna DeBow medaled on vault; and Isabella Supers was the state champion on floor with a score of 9.4.

The Xcel Platinum Team included Allison Cocklin medaled on beam and all around, Brooklyn Scott, and Ashlyn Cocklin placed third on vault.

McKinnley Hackett competed level 8 and placed fifth on beam and qualified to compete at Regionals.

Competing level 9 were: Sophie Akers-Novak placed fourth on beam, sixth all around, and qualified to compete at Regionals; and Madison Lee placed sixth on beam.
